Terms & Conditions of Service

Welcome to Webmate Studio. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Webmate Studio website https://webmatestudio.in/ and all services provided by us. By using our website or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Project Timeline & Work Delivery

• We are committed to delivering projects within the agreed-upon timelines as outlined in the project proposal or contract.
• Client Delays: Project delays may occur if the client fails to provide required content, images, information, feedback, or approvals on time. Such delays will shift the final delivery date accordingly.

2. Official Communication & Confirmation

• Client communication may occur via the Contact Form, WhatsApp, Email, or Phone Calls.
• For official records, all confirmations, approvals, design acceptance, or scope changes must be given digitally via WhatsApp or Email. Verbal confirmations are not considered final.

3. Design, Scope, and Content

Project Scope Changes

• The agreed project scope is defined at the start. Any additional features, plugins, pages, or functionalities requested later will be considered scope changes and will require extra charges and time.

Design Modifications

• Once a design or layout is approved, any later request for major changes or a full redesign may require additional time and cost.

Client Responsibilities (Content)

• The client must provide all necessary text, branding assets, product details, and images in a timely manner. Webmate Studio is not responsible for delays caused by missing or late content.

4. Intellectual Property & Project Ownership

• Ownership Transfer: Full website ownership is transferred to the client only after the full and final payment.
• Portfolio Rights: Webmate Studio reserves the right to display the completed project in our portfolio, marketing material, and case studies.

5. Website Credit & Copyright Notice

• Every website built by us will include a footer credit such as “© Webmate Studio” unless a written agreement is made to remove it.
• Requests to remove the credit must be made before the project begins.

6. Hosting, Domains, and Third-Party Tools

• Non-Refundable Costs: Any Hosting or Domain Name purchased on behalf of the client is completely non-refundable.
• Third-Party Tools: We configure third-party APIs, plugins, and tools, but we do not own or control them. Any downtime, errors, or policy updates from third-party services are outside our responsibility.

7. Post-Launch Support & Maintenance

• Free Basic Support: We provide basic free support for immediate bugs or technical fixes after project delivery.
• Maintenance Plans: Continuous updates, changes, enhancements, or monthly maintenance require a separate paid plan.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Delhi, India. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of New Delhi courts.
